As a sales professional in our Sealing Solutions department, you’ll have the opportunity to develop your skills in a relaxed and informal work environment where communication lines are short.
What will you be doing:
As a Sales Engineer, you’ll be responsible for expanding our customer base and exploring new markets. You’ll provide technical advice to clients, translate their needs and requirements into suitable solutions, and ensure optimal service. During the onboarding period, you’ll receive detailed internal training, acquiring thorough product and system knowledge. You’ll become familiar with top-tier suppliers, which is essential for delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You’ll be involved in the entire process of advising, developing, producing, and delivering custom seals. You’ll maintain close contact with customers and suppliers to discuss technical possibilities and specifications. Additionally, you’ll support your colleagues by timely and accurately informing them about your clients. Together with your field colleagues, you’ll expand our customer base and ensure that both existing and new clients receive the excellent experience and service they have trusted Profiltra for over 80 years.

- HBO level of thinking and working with sharp commercial insight
- A professional sales personality with excellent advisory and negotiation skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing, in both Dutch and English (knowledge of German is a plus)
- Affinity with technology and/or relevant experience in a technical environment
- A proactive, practical mindset characterized by initiative, analytical ability, and independence
- The ability to coach, support, and motivate team members
- The ability to promote good and effective collaboration and communication between inside and outside sales teams
