Membranes for industrial filtration processes

Membranes are used within industrial filtration processes where very fine separation of particles, molecules and ions is required.<\/p>

Due to the presence of semipermeable membranes, specific components can be separated from liquid streams. Depending on the membrane type, particles ranging from several microns down to very small ions can be removed.
