Insulating Board Materials

Insulating board materials for thermal and structural applications within industrial installations.

Insulating board materials and material properties

Insulating board materials for industrial applications

Our rigid insulation boards combine low thermal conductivity with minimal shrinkage and high mechanical strength. This ensures reliable, stable insulation, making them ideal as thermal breaks in process installations and for furnaces and dryers where performance matters.

Microporous materials with high insulation value

Microporous materials are characterised by their low density and high insulation value.

The materials are available in thicknesses up to 50 mm and can be supplied custom-made, with or without facing.

Insulating Board Materials

Profiltra supplies insulation boards specially formulated without asbestos or mineral fibres, including a range of calcium silicate and construction boards. Our high-performance insulation boards can be precision CNC-machined to produce accurately dimensioned components. The materials are available in various grades and dimensions, with thicknesses of up to 60 mm.

Structural applications and technical support

Applications of insulating board materials

For a wide range of applications, these insulation boards offer low thermal conductivity, high mechanical strength, resistance to moisture and chemicals, excellent machinability, durability, a dust-free surface, asbestos-free composition and vibration resistance.

Available in different shapes and versions

Depending on the application, different versions, dimensions and custom solutions are available.

This allows board materials to be tailored to specific installation and process conditions.

Support with material selection and application

Profiltra supports customers in selecting suitable insulating board materials based on application, temperature loads and installation conditions.
