Despite the different areas of expertise, we work closely together as one Customer Relations team to ensure that customers and suppliers are always served optimally.
Your role
As a Customer Relations Specialist, you ensure that the order process within your business unit runs smoothly and efficiently. Profiltra is a trusted partner for customers in various sectors and continues to actively grow and develop. You play a crucial role in this: you advise customers on technical solutions, maintain close contact with suppliers, and ensure that both existing and new customers are always assisted in the best possible way. You do all this in close cooperation with field sales colleagues and our own physical distribution department, which ensures an efficient and reliable delivery process.
You are responsible for the entire commercial and logistical process, from quotation to delivery. You coordinate both purchasing and sales, liaising with customers, suppliers, and colleagues. You monitor delivery times, coordinate schedules, and keep all stakeholders proactively informed. You identify opportunities for process improvements and commercial growth and translate these into concrete actions.
You work accurately and in a structured manner, using the Exact ERP system to maintain an overview. This versatile role offers you the opportunity to show initiative and work independently. Where would your strengths be best utilized? We would like to find out during an introductory interview.
