Have you taken your first steps in technical sales and are you now looking for a role with more substantive depth? We are looking for an ambitious professional who has the drive to grow into a strategic sparring partner in the field of wear-related challenges. With us, you will have the space to combine your commercial talent with specialist product knowledge.

What you will do:

In this role, you are primarily responsible for translating wear-related problems into sustainable and profitable solutions for the customer. You are the advisor who thinks along about the entire process and the Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).

  • Customer relationships: Building and maintaining sustainable customer relationships, identifying market opportunities and developing new business.
  • Growth path: You will start in a programme where you work closely with an experienced colleague. You will get to know various industries throughout the Netherlands. You will build your own customer portfolio. In doing so, you will have the opportunity to discover new market segments through the freedom in your role.
  • Product knowledge: You will receive targeted product training. You will also get to know our trusted suppliers, so that you can clearly communicate the technical possibilities and specifications.
  • Project involvement: You will also be present on site for project preparation or during the start-up of projects. You are not put off by industrial environments and feel at home on the shop floor where “the real work” happens.
  • Integrated customer solutions: You work closely with our experts from Piping Technology and Insulation Solutions to offer integrated solutions.

Our ideal candidate:

We are looking for a results-driven and responsible Technical Sales Talent who recognises themselves in the following profile:

  • Education: Completed education at a minimum of MBO 4 level, with HBO level of thinking and working
  • Sales experience in a technical-commercial role. You have a strong affinity with and demonstrable experience in technology and understand how sales processes work.
  • Professional sales personality with good advisory and negotiation skills, focused on finding suitable solutions.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English, both verbal and written (knowledge of German is preferred).
  • Proactive, practical attitude, with initiative, analytical ability and independence to manage projects effectively. In addition, you enjoy being on the road while building long-term customer relationships in your region.
  • Strong collaborative skills to ensure optimal communication between the internal sales team, supplier and customer, thereby safeguarding project efficiency.
